  • Orders & Payments
    All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.

  • Shipping
    We ship from Italy, Monday to Friday. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

  • Returns & Refunds
    You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Customized or personalized items are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • Product Information
    All items are handmade or 3D printed in limited quantities. Small variations in color or finish may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of the product.

  • Liability
    Zono Lab is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs checks.
